Mr.
Botelho is a Certified Energy Auditor by the U.S. Department of Energy
and has been in the energy industry over thirty years with over twenty
five years of energy and water management and monitoring experience
in the industrial, commercial and government sectors. Mr.Botelho worked
as the Energy Conservation Manager for the City of Fall River, MA, and
pioneered the Total Quality Energy concept and the Saturation of Observations
technique that are the cornerstones of our approach to energy monitoring
and control. Mr. Botelho and the City of Fall River was the first government
entity nationwide to enter into a performance based contract for energy
monitoring and management. Mr. Botelho is recognized as an authority
in energy use modeling and performance evaluations. Mr. Botelho has
done work for many Fortune 500 firms and has advised members of the
United States senate and congress as well as other elected state and
local government officials on energy matters. Mr. Botelho is a licensed
Construction Supervisor and a Certified Insulation Contractor in the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a charter life member in the Association
of Energy Engineers, has an A.S. in Business Administration from Bristol
Community College Fall River, MA and has studied Industrial Technology

| John Masker, Project Manager | |
Mr. Masker has thirty years of international experience in the energy management consulting field. He has managed numerous projects and specializes in implementing closed loop energy control systems. This adaptive process assists clients in concepts, measurement and metrics, variance response control and corrective procedures including preventive and predictive maintenance programs. He has experience in various manufacturing and production operations, institutional efficiency projects while demonstrating expertise in several areas of control management including production operations and scrap analysis, production and data de-bottlenecking, employee training program development, energy control implementation and energy metrics. Mr. Masker is a graduate of the University of Miami and has studied various energy technologies at numerous seminars, conferences and workshops. |

| Edward W. Haas, Project Manager and Systems Specialist | |
Mr. Haas has twenty-eight years of proven progressive experience in the Energy Management and Technical Services consulting fields including maintenance and environmental management. Mr. Haas has experience in a wide range of institutional, manufacturing and production operations demonstrating a broad-based expertise in many areas of resource management including operations analysis, systems development, control implementation, energy metrics and variance response monitoring. Mr. Haas holds a BS degree in Chemistry from Duquesne University and a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Mr.
Kennedy has over twenty five years of experience in the diagnosis and
repair of industrial production and process related equipment. Mr. Kennedy
is certified for hydraulic systems diagnosis and repair and is licensed
in R.I. as a 2nd class fireman. Mr. Kennedy was the energy coordinator
at a mid-sized manufacturing facility for eight years and was responsible
for retaining and modifying the installed turnkey energy monitoring
program installed by outside consultants. Mr. Kennedy has completed
Hope Institute of Hydraulics program and Narragansett Electric Co. boiler

Mr.
Widmark is a Certified Energy Manager by the Association of Energy Engineers
and has over twenty years experience in industrial and commercial energy
management. Mr. Widmark is expert at developing and implementing equipment
operational procedures to control and reduce energy consumption as well
as being a skilled personnel trainer. Mr. Widmark has extensive experience
in developing energy requirement plans, installing energy monitoring
programs, installing equipment controls, diagnosis of energy delivery
systems with extensive knowledge of mechanical operations. Mr. Widmark
studied at the University of Wisconsin, is a graduate of the Red Wing
Energy College and holds an A.S. in Business Management from Eau Claire,

Mr.
Klindworth is a Certified Energy Manager by the Association of Energy
Engineers and has over twenty years experience in the industrial and
municipal energy management sector. Mr. Klindworth is experienced at
developing base line energy use models and installing energy monitoring
and response systems, has extensive experience in utility rate analysis
and energy procurement, conducted dozens of energy management and monitoring
systems analyses at Fortune 500 facilities and has been a project manager
for over a dozen energy management projects. Mr. Klindworth is a graduate
of Red Wing Energy College and attended the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. St. Pierre has worked in the energy industry for over thirty years with the past twenty years of experience working on utility rate and cost of service matters at various management levels having appeared before many regulatory commissions as an expert in rate design, cost of service and, more recently, utility deregulation. Mr. St. Pierre has extensive experience in performing utility rate analysis and in providing assistance in negotiating energy service agreements. Mr. St. Pierre holds an Associates Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering form Bristol Community College, a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Roger Williams University and a Masters degree in Business from the University of Massachusetts.
