Total Quality Energy for Energy Management

The Total Quality Energy concept as an energy management approach provides the implementation team with a specific sequencing of tasks to manage, monitor and control energy in industrial facilities. TQE is similar to Statistical Process Control and Six Sigma concepts that bring any manufacturing operation positive results.

The Total Quality Energy concept is the product of three decades of experience in the energy and energy management fields. The concept has been applied for numerous production and commercial facilities as a method aide to expedite the learning curve of our staff and the client’s staff in the energy use requirements in base and dynamic characteristics of the buildings and process operations of each production center and has yielded consistent low cost improvement opportunities.

Utilizing a Total Quality Energy monitoring program with an installed pro-active variance response capacity will give management control for a fast response when required for improved control and reduction of waste. Combining energy attainment indicators and energy requirement plans to our Total Quality Energy monitoring program will give management a true barometer of how efficient the facility is operating to real energy needs as dictated by real dynamics conditions.

re

Utilizing the Total Quality Energy concept allows for us to compile an energy data base that has real accuracy in energy balances for both base and dynamic conditions. Only with a Total Quality Energy knowledge of where, how much and when energy is used can you begin to know when and what amount of energy is needed and when the operations are efficient in energy utilization or wasteful.
